This equipment is used for titanium alloy grinding workstations.
The layout of the equipment should be reasonable and compact, focusing on energy-saving measures and efficient use of resources. The equipment must ensure long-term reliability and comply with the pollutant emission standards outlined in the environmental impact assessment report. It should also adhere to national policies and regulations regarding environmental protection and occupational safety and health.
This project includes four sets of grinding dust removal equipment, along with one grinding room.
The purpose of the equipment and the main products processed: it is applied to titanium alloy grinding workstations.
The grinding room is constructed with a steel structure framework and corrosion-resistant supports. The panels are made of carbon steel with a powder-coated finish. Air supply ducts are installed on both sides of the roof, allowing the purified air to flow through the ducts and be blown into the room via jet openings, enabling internal air circulation.
Additionally, a retractable electric canopy is installed on the roof, which can be retracted when lifting workpieces and opened to cover the room during operation. To achieve good air supply efficiency, air curtains are installed on both sides of the entrance, creating an invisible barrier to prevent dust from escaping.
Equipment Selection:
The dimensions of the grinding room requiring treatment are 10m (length) × 10m (width) × 6m (height) = 600m³.
