The recommended dust collectors are: Model: MLWF500, with an airflow of 5000-7000 m³/h. Two dust removal main units, each with a power of 5.5 kW.
Robot marking workstation: The marking positions vary between the inner wall of the steel pipes and the outer arm, and dust removal needs to accommodate the marking and dust collection for steel pipes of different diameters.
Based on the maximum operating range of the robotic marking system, a custom dust removal chamber measuring 3500×3300×2500 mm is designed. The chamber is constructed with industrial aluminum profiles and arc shields, allowing for good visibility of the robotic marking process from the outside. The top of the dust removal chamber is fitted with an exhaust outlet connected to an external dust collector for purification. The dust collector can be linked to the marking robot, enabling it to start and stop based on the robot's operation.
The marking process involves slight oiliness and mild odor. A multi-stage filtration dust removal unit can address the issue of ineffective pulse cleaning in cartridge dust collectors handling oily gas and can also adsorb mild odors using activated carbon.
The recommended dust collector is:
Model: MLWFHT500-L, with an airflow of 5000-6000 m³/h. One multi-stage filtration dust removal unit, with a power of 5.5 kW.
Based on the actual conditions of the workshop, it is recommended to continue using a dust collection hood and add an additional dust removal unit to increase the airflow. According to the site layout, the dust collection hood is positioned 2.5 meters above the ground and is connected to a 3 kW dust collector.
The recommended dust collector is:
Model: MLWF400, with an airflow of 3500-4500 m³/h. One dust removal main unit with a power of 3 kW. After the addition, there will be a total of two 3 kW dust collectors, which will fully meet the dust collection requirements of the hood.
