Welding Fume Removal System for Welding Training Center
This dust removal system is located on the third floor of the welding training center, with a total of 12 welding stations, and still uses the room body type collection.
Welding room is constructed by 50mm purification board, the size of welding room is 3m3m2.2m, the top of the installation of dust hood, surrounded by transparent acrylic board, sliding door design, supporting the U.S. blue environmental protection 1 22KW intelligent models of dust removal host.
The dust collector is placed in a suitable position in the room, because the workpiece needs to be lifted by trucks, so the top of the dust collector telescopic room adopts the design of retractable structure, which is convenient for the workpiece to be lifted by trucks, and is surrounded by the arc-shielding curtains, so that the welding room is in a relatively confined space, and the welding fume does not spill out.
