  • Lower Energy Costs

     
    1. The PLC monitors the air pressure in the pipeline according to the number of valves opened, and commands the inverter to adjust the frequency according to the target air pressure. The inverter controls the fan speed, and the real-time air pressure in the pipeline is fed back to the HMI, thereby reducing energy consumption while ensuring the dust removal effect.

  • Automatic Pulse Jet Cleaning

     
    1. Fully automatic pulse jet cleaning, each cleaning is completed in about 0.1~0.3s, and the compressed air ejected at this moment has a good cleaning effect. The air enters the filter cartridge and expands rapidly, causing an impact vibration, so that the dust falls into the dust collection bin.

    1. Imported Japanese Toray brand flame-retardant PTFE coated polyester fiber filter element, with a filtration accuracy of 0.3 micron and a filtration efficiency of over 99.9%, it can easily achieve standard emission of purified air.
