Movable Single-Arm Smoke Purifier

This weld fume extractor provides a flexible, portable fume extraction solution for manual MIG welding/gas metal arc welding/GMAW/stick welding applications, including stainless steel welding. Universal wheels allow the unit to be easily moved around the shop. With automatic pulse jet cleaning system and small size, this extraction units are ideal for manual welding applications for small-to-medium size fabricators, weld schools and vocational training programs.

Mobile Welding Fume Extractor

The extraction arm is used of self supporting joints, flexible hose and smooth steel tubing make this fume extraction arm easy to work with and keep it near the source of the air contaminants.   • Flame-retardant PTFE Coated Filter

     
    1. Imported Japanese Toray brand flame-retardant PTFE coated polyester fiber filter element, with a filtration accuracy of 0.3 micron and a filtration efficiency of over 99.9%, it can easily achieve standard emission of purified air.

  • Automatic Pulse Jet Cleaning

     
    1. Fully automatic pulse jet cleaning, each cleaning is completed in about 0.1~0.3s, and the compressed air ejected at this moment has a good cleaning effect. The air enters the filter cartridge and expands rapidly, causing an impact vibration, so that the dust falls into the dust collection bin.

  • Mechanical vibration cleaning

     
    1. In the absence of compression source, the mechanical vibration cleaning function can be used to clean the dust on the filter cartridge in time to avoid clogging.

What's the package?
We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wooden case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.
